Support for the Mobility Impaired
We will try to be fully honest on what we have, but recommend where possible that a local friend/relative pre-visits to inspect our premises. Those who are able to walk should be able to cope with relative ease, as we have 4 downstairs rooms available (value range only), one of which has a walk in 'greek' shower. The rooms downstairs are not large however, so please view the photos for a better perspective. Unfortunately these rooms are dependant on availability, unless by the owner's discretion. The drive at the front of the building is predominantly shingle, although wheel chairs can be pushed over the surface with relative ease. There is a hard concrete loading bay which can be reserved upon request at the side of the building, which is a short distance from the front door. There is a large, internal ramp found at the entrance to the property, as the house's former use was as a Care Home for the elderly. Please contact us if you have any queries, thank you.
Support for the Visually Impaired
Downstairs rooms available if stairs a problem. Large print can be printed as and when required. Family run so often owners available to assist. Willing to move funiture around, to avoid trip hazard etc. We aim to cater for each individual persons requirements, so will work in with what is requested.
Support for the Hearing Impaired
We have a fully serviced fire alarm system, with magnetic door holders and sensors each room. Door hangers are provided in the rooms for those seeking notification in the case of a fire, although as a family run business will also be aware of such needs.

Guest Reviews

Overall rating: 4.7 out of 5
I first stayed here on the 20th August having business one day in Norwich and the next in Ipswich so it was a perfect mid point to stay between the two. I was so impressed, that I returned the following week for business just in Ipswich. It was worth the extra 50 mile round trip just to stay here
